Control Valves Services diagnostic services have one aim in life which is to help customers get the most out of their investment in Smart technology and valve assets. We have built up many years of experience working with various manufacturers’ Smart positioners. This experience enables CVS to assist or advise on correctly setting up, commissioning, and diagnosing the data available from these Smart devices – whether they are Hart, Foundation Fieldbus, or other bus devices. We also have a portable p.c. based diagnostic package which gives us the ability to tune and diagnose the performance of valves with traditional analogue positioners and Controls.

The benefit to you when working with your maintenance department can be in predicting which valves will need major overhaul or just in-situ instrument overhaul and calibration.

Using diagnostic services on both Smart and non Smart valves allows performance benchmarking, trending, and predictive maintenance to be used to get the best performance from your plant.
